HQ (-) remains Nui Dat ; 1 Troop remained astride collapsed bridge on Route 23; 2 Troop continued rest and maintenance ,providing ready reaction force; 3 Troop continued support for Operation MASSEY HARRIS in AO Susan; and 4 Troop continued support and protection for Land Clearing Team in AI Mango.

SHQ(-) remains Nui Dat ; 1 Troop continued to support 7 RAR in AO Carmen, returning to the horseshoe from Route 23;2 Troop continued rest and maintenance, providing ready reaction force; 3 Troop continued support for Operation MASSEY HARRIS in AO Susan; and 4 Troop continued support and protection for the Land Clearing Team in AO Mango.

General. Road Nui Dat to Vung Tau used for the first time by tanks for delivery of new vehicles from Alaska Barge and Shipping Company Wharf, following offload from LSM. Previously the road wa snot used due to bridge at 380572not being class 60. New bridge completed as class 60.

Sqn prepared to deploy in support 8 RAR contact, 1 Troop 0A , composite Troop to form block, but remainder remain in Nui DAT on stand by, standing down ay 0345hrs. 1 Troop returned to Nui Dat the following morning.
